From vision to reality: Building Raipur's IT future with Vectre Consultancy
Gaurav, an IIT Bombay M.Tech graduate, began his career in leading MNCs but was driven by a persistent question: "Why does Bangalore have a thriving IT hub, but Raipur doesn't?" Determined to address this disparity, he left his secure corporate job to return to Raipur and tackle the challenges hindering its IT growth.
Partnering with Manjushree Mehar, an experienced HR strategist skilled in building teams, as CHRO and co-founder, they began identifying opportunities to transform the city. Their focus on flagship government projects like Mahatari Vanata Yojna and PM Awaas Yojna led them to Naveen Mandal, a software expert with a shared vision, who joined as CTO and co-founder.
Together, they founded Vectre Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a SaaS and automation-focused agency dedicated to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency for government and private sectors. Today, Vectre Consultancy is steadily transforming Raipur into a thriving IT hub, bridging Central India's IT gap, and contributing to national digital transformation.
